注释,注释: Объектом исследования являются торговые отношения России и германских государств после Венского конгресса. Они выстраивались в условиях масштабных таможенных преобразований. Эти изменения были обусловлены положениями Венского акта и насущной необходимостью обновления торговых систем в соответствии с требованиями времени. В статье рассматриваются этапы торговых отношений в преддверии создания Германского таможенного союза - организации, кардинально изменившей торговую ситуацию на германском пространстве. Также мы рассматриваем торговлю в первые годы существования ГТС для оценки эффективности созданного союза и его роли во внешнеторговых отношений германских государств с Россией.   Основным выводом данного исследования является подтверждение тезиса о стабильной торговле с Пруссией в качестве основного торгового партнера России на германском пространстве. К такому заключению мы пришли в связи с отсутствием свидетельств в доступных источниках и историографии о товарном сообщении с другими германскими государствами, за исключением скудных данных о торговле с Ганзейскими городами. После создания ГТС в российской статистике внешней торговле продолжает фигурировать Пруссия, а не ГТС, что свидетельствует о ее исключительной роли в новом союзе и отсутствии международного признания ГТС в первые годы его существования. Статья может быть интересна широкому кругу читателей, изучающих экономическую историю России и германских государств в первой половине XIX века.

Abstract: The object of this research is the trade relations between Russia and the German states after the Congress of Vienna, established in the conditions of the large-scale customs reforms. Such changes were substantiated by the provisions of the Final Act and the need for renewal of trade systems in accordance with the relevant requirements. The article examines the stages of trade relations prior to the creation of the German Customs Union, which led to fundamental changes in trade situation in the German space. The author also analyzes trade in the initial years of existence of the German Customs Union for assessing its effectiveness and role in foreign trade relations between the German states and Russia. The main conclusion consists in confirmation of the thesis on sustainable trade relations with Prussia as the key trade partner of Russia in the German space. This conclusion was made due to the absence of evidence in the available sources and historiography on trade relations with other German states, except scarce information on the trade with Hanseatic League. After the establishment of the German Customs Union, Prussia is still in the picture of the Russian foreign trade statistics, which testifies to its crucial role in the new union and international disregard of the German Customs Union in the initial years of its existence. The article may be valuable for the audience studying the economic history of Russia and the German states in the first half of the XIX century.

注释,注释: В данной статье предлагается обзор экономической ситуации и торговых отношений на германском пространстве в 1815-20-ые годы, после окончания Наполеоновских войн. Таможенный вопрос стоял довольно остро в связи с разрозненностью территорий и решался одновременно в нескольких немецких государствах. Мы рассмотрели прусский план таможенного объединения, который впоследствии был воплощен, а также альтернативные региональные проекты союзов. Для более детальной оценки этих проектов мы провели анализ торговых потоков ввоза и вывоза различной продукции на немецких территориях. Основой данной статьи стали немецкие источники, включая карты немецких территорий и сводные статистические таблицы, которые ранее не были широко освещены в отечественной историографии. Вопрос формирования Германского таможенного союза также долгое время оставался в тени, в связи с чем наше исследование актуально и будет интересно широкому кругу читателей в рамках изучения экономической истории и истории Германии. В ходе исследования мы установили, что период формирования Германского таможенного союза до сих пор рассматривался однобоко, альтернативные планы таможенных объединений не были достаточно освещены отечественными и зарубежными историками, несмотря на обширную источниковую базу. Основной вывод нашей работы заключается в выявлении реальных альтернатив прусскому плану таможенного объединений, которые не были воплощены в связи с политическими разногласиями между участниками южно- и среднегерманских союзов. Договор о таможенном объединении ранее не был переведен на русский язык, его положения будут предметом нашего дальнейшего исследования.

Abstract: This article presents an overview of economic situation and trade relations in Germany during the 1815 – 1820s, after the end of the Napoleonic Wars. The customs question was especially urgent due to the disparity of territories, and was being resolved in several German states simultaneously. The author examines the Prussian plan of customs union that was implemented in future, as well as the alternative regional projects. For detailed assessment of the indicated projects, analysis is conducted on the flow of import and export of various products on the German territories. This article is founded on the German sources, including maps of German territories and summary statistical tables, which did not previously received wide coverage within the Russian historiography. The topic of establishment of the German Customs Union was in the sidelines for a long time; therefore, this research is relevant for broad audience within the framework of studying the economic history and the history of Germany. The author determines that the period of formation of the German Customs Union was not subjected to comprehensive analysis; the alternative plans of customs unions were not sufficiently covered by the national and foreign historians, despite the extensive source base. The main conclusion consists in description of the actual alternatives to the Prussian plan of customs union, which have not been implemented due to political discrepancies between the members of the South and Middle German unions. Translation of the Customs Union Agreement into the Russian language has not been previously conducted; its provisions would be the subject of the author’s further research.
