注释,注释: Предметом исследования данной статьи является анализ оценок населения социально-экономического положения региона и ключевых проблем в разных сферах общественной жизни. Особое внимание уделено выявлению особенностей восприятия личной безопасности в контексте социально-экономического благополучия Алтайского края. В процессе исследования проведен анализ основных показателей социально-экономического развития края (на основе статистических данных), определены ключевые социальные проблемы региона. Выявлено, что оценка проблем и угроз обусловлены, в том числе, местом проживания респондентов. Основным методом исследования является анализ статистических данных и анкетный опрос населения Алтайского края, проведенный в 2018 году. Результаты социологического исследования, реализованного авторским коллективом Алтайского государственного университета, свидетельствуют о том, что восприятие и удовлетворенность личной безопасностью связаны с субъективной оценкой социально-экономического положения региона и самооценкой уровня материального благополучия. Полученные данные могут быть использованы при прогнозировании и моделировании социальных рисков и безопасности в условиях развития современного регионального социума.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the analysis of population assessment of socioeconomic situation in the region and the key issues in various spheres of social life. Special attention is given to determination of the peculiarities of perception of personal security in the context of socioeconomic wellbeing of Altai Krai. In the course of this research, the author analyzes the mains aspects of socioeconomic development of the region (based on the statistical data), as well as determines the key social issues in Altai Krai. It is revealed that the assessment of problems and threats is also substantiated by the place of residence of the respondents. The main research methods is the analysis of statistical data and questionnaire-based survey of the Altai Krai population carried out in 2018. The results of sociological research, realized by the collaborative team from Altai State University, testify to the fact that the perception and content with personal security are related to the subjective assessment of socioeconomic situation in the region and self-assessment of the level of material wealth. The acquired data can be valuable in forecasting and modeling of the social risks and security in the context of development of the modern regional society.

Особое внимание уделено изучению параметров, влияющих на выраженность данного типа социальной идентичности. В процессе исследования изучены отдельные аспекты проявления этнической идентификации, выявлены основные этнодифференцирующие признаки, по которым происходит идентификация с определенным этносом. В результате сравнительного анализа лиц с разной степенью выраженности этнической принадлежности определены факторы ее актуализации, изучена связь этнической, гражданской и религиозной самоидентификации населения. Основным методом исследования является анкетный опрос, проведенный в 2015 году среди населения 9 регионов России. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о высокой значимости для населения регионов этнической принадлежности и позитивном ее восприятии. Выявлено, что этническая идентичность обусловлена рядом социально-демографических характеристик личности, а также зависит от характера межэтнических взаимодействий. Подобные исследования позволяют науке глубже понимать этнические процессы, происходящие в современном обществе и прогнозировать их развития.

Abstract: The subject of this article is the analysis of peculiarities of the manifestation of ethnic identity of population in modern Russia. Special attention is given to examination of the parameters that affect the indication of such type of social identity. In the course of this research, the authors studied separate aspects of manifestation of the ethnic identity, determine the key ethno-differentiating features, upon which takes place the identification with certain ethnos. As a result of comparative analysis of the individual with various level of the expression of identity, the authors defined the factors of its actualization, as well as interrelation between the ethnic, civil, and religious self-identification of population. The main method of this work lies in the survey conducted in 2015 among population of the nine regions of Russia. The acquired data demonstrate that residents of the region consider ethnic affiliation and its positive apprehension of high importance. It is detected that the ethnic identity is substantiated by a number of socio-demographic characteristics of personality, and also depends of the nature of interethnic interactions. Similar research allow the science to better understand the ethnic processes taking place in modern society, as well as  forecast their transformation.

注释,注释: Статья посвящена анализу различных компонентов идентичности населения современной России. Проблема соотношения отдельных типов идентичностей, а также поиск объяснительных механизмов их формирования и проявления – одна из центральных дискуссий социо-гуманитарного знания на сегодняшний день. Целью данной статьи является изучение особенностей идентификационной структуры населения приграничных регионов России. Особое внимание уделено изучению соотношения этнического, гражданского и религиозного компонентов идентичности личности, а также влияния актуализированной этнической идентичности на формирование других типов идентификации. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования населения 9 регионов России, проведенного в 2015 году методом анкетного опроса. Результаты социологического исследования свидетельствуют о высокой степени значимости для жителей исследуемых регионов социальной дифференциации по различным основания. Авторы отмечают, что на современном этапе первостепенное значение принимает идентификация населения с гражданами страны и локальным сообществом. В то же время актуализированная этническая идентификация населения не является препятствием для формирования общероссийской гражданской идентичности. Подчеркивается, что религиозный фактор в настоящее время является менее значимым основанием идентификации, чем этническая или гражданская принадлежность. На основе данных исследования сделан вывод о том, что различные виды идентичности не являются конкурирующими или взаимоисключающими а, напротив, являются основой для интеграции личности в многочисленные социальные общности, сформированные по различным основаниям.

Abstract: This article is dedicated to the analysis of various components of the identity of population of modern Russia. The problem of correlation of separate types of identities, as well as the search for the explaining mechanisms of their formation and manifestation is one of the central discussions of the socio-humanitarian knowledge at the present stage. The goal of this article consists in examination of the specificities of identification culture of the population of Russia’s bordering regions. Special attention is given to the interrelation of ethnic, civil, and religious components of the identity of personality, as well as the impact of actualized ethnic identity upon the formation of other types of identification. The article provides the results of empirical research of population of the nine regions of Russia conducted in 2015 through the method of survey. The results testify to the high level of importance for the residents of these regions of social differentiation by various grounds. The authors note that currently that the identification of population with the citizens of the country and local community gains crucial importance for the dwellers of the examined regions. At the same time, the actual ethnic identification of population does not impede the establishment of the Russian national civil identity. It is underlined that at present stage the religious factor is a less important ground of identification than the ethnic or civil affiliation. The conclusion is made that the diverse types of identity are not competitive or mutually exclusive, but rather manifest as the foundation for integration of a person into the multiple social groups formed in accordance with various grounds.

Предметом исследования данной статьи является анализ оценок населения своей этнической и гражданской идентичности и условий их формирования на региональном уровне. Особое внимание в условиях полиэтничной среды региона уделено выявлению особенностей проявления гражданской и национальной идентичности в представлениях людей, различных национальностей. В процессе исследования определены основные параметры гражданственности, получены характеристики гражданской и этнической идентичности. В качестве основного метода исследования выступает анкетирование, проведенное среди населения Алтайского края в 2015 году. Проведенное учеными Алтайского государственного университета социологическое исследование свидетельствует о высокой степени значимости для жителей региона дифференциации по этническому признаку в условиях полиэтничного состава территории, а также достаточно высокой степени сформированности гражданской идентичности. Исследования в данном ключе позволяют современной социально-гуманитарной науке лучше понимать процессы, происходящие в российском социуме и получить определенные практические наработки для их дальнейшего изучения.

Abstract: The study of the peculiarities of manifestation of ethnic and national identities in the modern socio-economic conditions becomes more important for the development of multinational Russian society. The subject of this research is the analysis of the citizens’ of their ethnic and national identities, as well as the circumstances of their formation on the regional level. A special attention, within the polyethnic environment of the region, is given to the determination of peculiarities of manifestation of national and civil identities in perception of people of different nationalities. In the course of this work, the author defines the principal parameters of civic consciousness, as well as gives characteristics to the national and ethnic identities. As the main method of the research, the author uses survey conducted among the population of Altai Krai in 2015. The sociological research, conducted by the scholars of the Altai State University, substantiates the fact that the problem differentiation by the ethnic groups in the conditions of polyethnicity of the territory is of great importance for the residents of the region. The researches, in this regard, allow the modern socio-humanitarian science to acquire certain practical experience for further study.
